DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT |

2. Subject
The subject of this
contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in
accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and
the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the
following products ordered by the buyer via the seller's grandgiftstore.com
website.
3. Product Information
The seller announces the
name, quantity, unit price and payment method of the products offered for sale
on the grandgiftstore.com website. The buyer accepted these products and their
prices and placed his order.
4. Order and Payment
The buyer confirmed the
order placed on the aflabg.com website and made the payment. Payment was made
via credit card or other payment methods.
5. Delivery
The seller undertakes to
deliver the buyer's order to the specified address within [delivery time] at
the latest from the date of receipt. Delivery time is calculated within the
business days following the day of payment.
6. Right of Withdrawal
and Return Conditions
The buyer can return the
purchased products within 15 days from the date of receipt without giving any
reason. However, the returned products must be unused, their packaging intact
and in the original condition sent by the seller.
For specially designed
and personalized products, buyers can request a refund only in case of a
manufacturing defect in the product. If there is any defect in the products to
be returned due to use, no refund will be made.
Shipping costs of
returned products belong to the buyer. For a refund, the buyer can send an
e-mail to grandgiftstore@gmail.com.
7. Warranty
The seller guarantees
that the products sold are free of defects and complete. The warranty period of
the products is covered by the warranty of the manufacturer or importer
company.
8. Complaint and Contact

In case of any complaint
or problem with the seller, the buyer can contact the seller at

9. Enforcement
This agreement enters
into force on the date it is signed with the mutual consent of the parties.
10. Dispute Resolution
Turkish Law and Turkish
Courts have jurisdiction in case of disputes that may arise between the
parties.
This agreement has been
read and mutually accepted by the parties. RETURN POLICY Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15
days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer
you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return,
your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It
must also be in the original packaging. The returning of the item
will be a customers responsibility. Customs and shipping fees depends from
customers. There are certain situations
where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) – Any item not in its original
condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our mistake -Any item that is returned more
than 15 days after delivery Customized Orders Personalized items can be
canceled up to 2 hours after the order is placed. Personalized items cannot be
returned at all. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received
and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received
your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of
your refund. If you are approved, then your
refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your
credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. NOTE: Order cancellation should
be done within 4 hours after placing the order. If an order cancellation is
done after 4 hours then cancellation charges are applicable. Late or missing refunds (if
applicable) If you haven’t received a
refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card
company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There
is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and

be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. SHIPPING POLICY All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in USA
and Türkiye. We work with express shippings. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be
processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day
after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends. How long will it take to receive my order? Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to
process your orders. After that, it will take 2-5 business days for delivery in
the United States, and 3-9 business days for international orders (depending on
location). Will I be charged with customs and taxes? The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which
means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. US customers will not pay any custom fees until 800 USD. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once
